Typical gym programs with a standard training split offer limited results.  We are offering an Online Strength and Conditioning program tailored specifically for those aspiring to enhance their athletic performance.  Our program is meticulously crafted to cater to the unique physical development needs, focusing on building strength, agility, speed and endurance while prioritising injury prevention.

Our APP offers a user-friendly and intuitive platform, seamlessly connecting trainers with you to deliver a personalised workout plans, track progress, and facilitate communication for an optimised fitness experience.

The program includes:

Movement Screening

An assessment of how your body moves in different planes, identifying weaknesses and strengths in your athletic performance.

Customised training plan

Once the screening report is finalised, a program is then designed to suit your individual goal settings.

BTS APP

Your personalised program is hosted by the BTS App where you will be tracking your progress.

Performance Revision

An individual performance review to provide feedback based on your personal results and then to update your training program.
