1. A health fitness consultation
By conducting a health fitness consultation, we provide a personalised approach to nutrition and training. We identify your strengths, weaknesses, and specific goals to create a program that aligns with your capabilities and preferences.

2. A nutrition consultation
A nutrition consultation plays a vital role in evaluating an individual’s nutritional status. It involves a comprehensive assessment of eating patterns, food choices, and even analysing blood work to identify nutrient deficiencies or imbalances.
During a nutrition consultation, we consider various factors that impact nutrition, such as physical activity levels, stress, sleep patterns, and other lifestyle elements. This holistic approach ensures that we address all aspects affecting your nutritional well-being.
One of the key components of a nutrition consultation is creating a personalised meal plan that caters to your specific goals. 3. A health professional assessment
During the assessment, our team of health practitioners will thoroughly examine your spine, joints, posture, mobility, body biomechanics and muscle imbalances. This process allows our team to pinpoint any misalignments, imbalances, or areas of concern.
By understanding your specific musculoskeletal condition and movement patterns, we can tailor exercises and techniques to address any imbalances or limitations. 4. Your transformation journey begins
Once all the formalities are completed, we formulate a program that is only suited to you then the Body Transformation trek begins. You will receive the following.
Customised Training plan
A personalised training plan based on your assessment reports catering from both body composition goals and better day to day movement patterns.
Customised nutrition plan
An extensive customised nutrition plan based on your consultation report, which will include a specific calorie and macros count with a realistic meal plan.
Personal training
We schedule in a weekly one on one personal training session.
BTS APP
We have created a Body Transformation Specialists (BTS) APP to track your training and nutrition programs in one location.
BTS Community
You will have access to the Body Transformation Specialists (BTS) exclusive online support group.
